Aldelo POS and Aldelo Express take integrated and non-integrated payments. Both payment systems function the same, but with a few caveats (and convenience factor).
Integrated Payments
Integrated payments allow merchant to easily initiate a transaction, complete the ordering process, and fulfill sales. The process is completed within a few steps, and you can track all your transactions on the same POS software and equipment. Integrated payments require supported card readers in order to seamlessly communicate with the POS software.

Non-Integrated Payments
Non-integrated payments are also an option if you prefer to use non-supported card readers or use your own merchant service provider. However, transactions must be manually processed and input on the non-integrated card reader. We do highly recommend using integrated payments since Aldelo’s payment system seamlessly communicates with 1st party card readers.
Supported Card Readers
Any card reader is supported as long as it’s configured properly to your merchant service provider. Certain conditions and protocols such as surcharge and cash discount program may not be applicable for Aldelo and/or card reader. We are not responsible for any hardware defects and support from third party products and services.

- Configuration (No, Partial, Full): Depending on the card reader, we may be able to purchase, program, and set up to properly work and support for non-integrated payments.
- Support (No, Partial, Full): Regardless of configuration, we may be able to assist merchants with general troubleshooting and card reader operations.
